At Perfume Shop in Miami, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Miami-based support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully pack the unused perfume bottle in its original box and use protective wrapping to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send your package back to our boutique processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
